LOCATION AND FEATURES OF THE HOST OF SPHERE TOURIST INDUSTRY

The evolution of the main approaches is analyzed and the semantics of the concepts “hospitality”, “hospitality industry”, “tourism industry” are clarified, organizational and economic features of the hospitality sphere are highlighted. The structure of the hospitality industry, its subordination and interrelation with the tourist industry is revealed and justified. The main stages, factors and modern trends in the development of the hospitality industry have been analyzed and specified. The essence of the hospitality industry is defined as a complex and detached social and economic system for the creation, promotion and sale of accommodation, food, consumer services, leisure, entertainment and other additional and related services, as well as the sale of goods in restaurants and hotels. The main aspects of highlighting the hospitality industry as a separate sub-branch of the tourism industry are argued: the moral and ethical principle embodied in the service component and genetically linked to the house, the prototype of modern placement institutions; the hospitality industry is connected with commercial and social forms of entrepreneurship, providing services in stationary placement institutions; there is a certain autonomy in economic activity; accommodation facilities provide services not only to tourists, a significant portion of visitors are visitors; The hospitality industry is characterized by a well-developed system of professional institutional organizations.
