GEOSPATIAL SPREADING TREES WOODEN CHURCHES VINNITSA REGION.

The article reviews the features of geospatial distribution of sacred wooden temples, as well as pilgrimage centers. Highlighted are sacred places of national and local significance. Revealed the architectural and historical value of wooden churches of Vinnychyna region in XVII-XIX centuries. Analyzed and mapped a scheme of geospatial distribution of wooden churches which shows 109 (one hundred and nine) wooden shrines and 8 (eight) pilgrimage centers. Preserved temples of XVII-XIX centuries in Vinnytsa region. The most attractive churches of XVII century include Dormition of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Ivanivci Barskogo district), Mykhaylivska Church (Vinnytsa), Assumption Church (Kyslyak Haysynskogo district), Pokrovy the Holy Virgin (Demidovka Zhmerynka district), Pokrovy the Holy Virgin (Lozova, Shargorod district). In the XVIII century built wooden sanctuaries of Pokrovy the Holy Virgin (Katsmaziv Zhmerynka district), Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Mykhailyn, Koziatyn district), Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (Rayhorod Nemirovsky district), Saint Nicholas (Hlynyanets Nemyriv district), Saint Alexander Nevsky (Tsybulivka Trostyanets district). In the XIX century the most visited sacral places include: Mykhailivska Church (Tyrlivka Bershad region), Church of the Icon of Bozhoyi Materi (Zhabelivka Vinnytsia region), Church of the Intercession (Mykhailivka Haysyn region), and Conception of Saint Anna (Plyahova Koziatyn region). There are 8 (eight) pilgrimage centers within Vinnytsya region. Lyadovskyy male Pechernyy monastery of the Beheading of John the Baptist in Mogilev-Podolsk district; Brailyvskyy women Holy Trinity Monastery; Valley of Jehoshaphat that is located near the village of Holynchyntsi Sharhorod region; unique cross near Hresto-Vozdvuzhenskogo temple in Kalynivka city; historical and cultural center of spirituality and harmony in Vinnytsya; Barska Icon of the Mother of God is located in the Holy Assumption Church in the city of Bar; Cross Path in Shargorod; Christ occurrence on a tree trunk. Religious and sacral sites in Vinnytsya region are the basis for development of tourism infrastructure in the regions. Preparation of promotional information about the unique sacred and pilgrimage routes will help to increase tourist flow in religious-educational direction.
